For regular maintenance and major repairs to the bicycle and all repairs to your scooter, we ask you to make an appointment. Please contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
You can also contact us for damage assessments, we take care of this from damage report to damage repair.
Scooter Reparations
We only repair quality brands of which we are a dealer (Vespa, Piaggio, Peugeot, NIU, Sym, Kymco, Super Soco). We can carry out all common repairs! We have all the modern equipment and knowledge to perfectly adjust and repair your scooter. Every year, our staff follows all courses to stay up to date with the latest developments in technology and electronics.
We also do all damage repairs and assessments and we arrange everything from damage recording to repair so that we can guarantee a quick settlement. We always work by appointment.
Scooter brought in the morning, it can usually be picked up at the end of the afternoon! You will receive an SMS when the scooter is ready, this also includes the repair amount. No surprises, clear and fast!
Is your scooter no longer driving or is your tire broken? Then we will pick up your scooter from your home for repair. In postcode area 6211 - 6247 this costs € 15. The rates outside this can be requested by telephone.
Bicycle Reparations
Bicycle repairs can be made without an appointment. Delivery in the morning before 10 am is ready the same day, delivery in the afternoon then the bike is ready the next day. Only in case of busy periods or major repairs can a repair take a little longer. We will of course indicate this in advance! We repair all brands of ordinary bicycles. A service for your bike is of course certainly possible. Inquire about the possibilities in the shop! We give a discount on a bicycle that has been purchased from us.
When your bicycle is ready, you will receive a text message from us with the repair costs. Clear and fast!
Loan bicycles
We have several regular bicycles, not e-bikes. It is not possible to reserve rental bicycles, we work in the order of bringing in your repair bike/scooter. Conditions for borrowing a bicycle:
The user takes good care of the loan bicycle during the loan period.
The user locks the bicycle.
The user is personally liable in the event of theft, loss, or damage to the bicycle during the rental period.
Theft, loss, or damage must be reported immediately to De Beente.
Costs due to theft, damage to the bicycle, or loss of the bicycle key will be recovered from the user
